High Barn is a lovely holiday cottage in the form of a stone barn conversion near Kingston, South Hams, Devon. It sleeps up to 8 adults/children and is privately owned. There is a second ‘games barn’ across the garden with table tennis and room for children to play. Situated in a Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in South Devon, it is just 1 mile from the unspoilt Erme estuary where Wonwell beach offers expanses of sand at low tide (and is perfect for paddling and fishing nets) and at high tide is ideal to enjoy with boats.

During the summer it is let on a weekly basis, Friday to Friday. In winter, it is available either for a full week, or for a weekend. Prices range from £900-£1450 per week in the summer, to £480 for a weekend in the winter.
